This provides added capacity and avoids overloading a single T1 line. Verizon provisions both T1s to the same hub and the same GW router

T1 Diverse – designed for businesses whose main concern is for redundancy, Verizon provisions two T1 lines to separate Verizon-owned hubs. As in the case with T1 Double, you can simply and economically scale bandwidth while maintaining the same router and adding another T1 CSU/DSU, providing additional capacity as well as redundancy to minimize downtime

T1 Shadow – offers low-cost automatic back-up link in the event that your main T1 goes down. If the main T1 goes down, the T1 Shadow will take over the traffic. This service is subject to limitations
